Lihan Chemical has two provincial and municipal high performance engineering plastic R&D centers. It’s the member of CEPIA and also a council unit of Jiangsu Society Composite Materials. What’s more, Lihan Chemical is one of the earliest enterprise to engage in research modified nylon in China. Till now, we have received more than 10 independent invention patents. The technical research team consists of more than 30 doctors、Masters & High-level engineers, meanwhile the advisory group made up by professors and Ph.D experts etc. Both of them provide the intellectual support and technical guarantee for Lihan Chemical’s development and constant innovation and strive to build Lihan Chemical to be the model of Jiangsu High-tech enterprises with independent innovation.

There are 12 modern production lines in Manufacturing workshop, including two imported Coperion double-screw extruder production line with own automatic metering device and automatic wrapping machine. Annual production capacity of 25000 tons. In order to satisfy R&D quickly and catch the delivery time of small orders, there is one more modern laboratory workshop. To ensure the stability of qualified products, Lihan Chemical has specialized Testing & Inspection procedure start from entrance of raw material to delivery of finished products.

In order to meet the development of Lihan Chemical and satisfy the customer’s strict requirements on products, we passed ISO9001、ISO14000、IATF16949 etc Quality System Authentication. We have complete testing facilities and inspection procedure. Within several more years of elaborate cultivation, the products of Lihan Chemical have registered trademark “达克龙” “DUCTEL”. “达克龙” “DUCTEL” is a Well-known trademark in Nanjing and also be used as a nationalized raw material by Well-known manufacturers all over the world.
